Multibuild is a privately owned engineering and construction company with a rich history that traces back to A. Chapides & Sons Construction Company Ltd, founded in 1960 by Mr. Andreas Chapides in Xeros, Cyprus. In 2007, Panicos Charalambous, Anastasia Chapidou, and Marios Chapides took a bold step forward by establishing Multibuild Ltd, expanding the company’s activities and solidifying its position in the industry.
Today, Multibuild is recognized as one of the largest construction companies in Cyprus, with a Class A classification for all types of buildings and a Class C classification for civil engineering works. We are actively involved in both the public and private sectors, delivering a diverse range of projects, across Cyprus.

MEET OUR TEAM
LEADERSHIP
Co-founder of Multibuild Ltd and Chief Executive of A. Chapides & Sons Ltd, Panicos Charalambous is a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, earning his degree in Civil Engineering in 1997.
A registered contractor with the Board of Employers Registration and Control since 2005, he holds extensive experience. He has also pursued further education in business management, contract management, safety and health, and waste management.
As CEO of Multibuild Ltd, he plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth and strategic direction.
Co-founder of Multibuild Ltd and Chief Executive of A. Chapides & Sons Ltd, Anastasia Chapidou Chrysomilou is a graduate of the Higher Technological Institute in Civil Engineering.
With a career in construction dating back to 1986, she has been a registered contractor with the Enforcement and Registration Council since 1995, specializing in building construction. She has also undertaken extensive training in business management, contract management, labor law, safety and health, and waste management.
At Multibuild Ltd, she oversees the technical operations and project bidding of the company, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to the highest industry standards.
With a career spanning over three decades, Marios Chapides has been a key figure in the construction sector. A former member of A. Chapides & Sons Ltd since 1990, he has overseen the management and execution of public and private projects.
Since 2008, he has been responsible for the construction operations at Multibuild Ltd, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects across Cyprus.
